Celebrating young people’s journeys

Our Alumni community reflects the ambition, connection and trust at the heart of AllChild’s mission. It brings together young people who have taken part in AllChild programmes across our place-based partnerships and are now shaping their own paths.

This page honours their achievements, shares their experiences, and shows how their insights help us build stronger support for the next generation.

About the AllChild Alumni Network

AllChild Alumni is our growing network of young leaders aged 13 and above who have completed the AllChild Impact Programme. Through monthly workshops, training, and meaningful leadership opportunities, we help alumni develop new skills, influence our decision-making and spark positive change in their communities.

Every young person who finishes the Impact Programme becomes part of our wider alumni community. They stay connected to opportunities through tailored updates, workshops and leadership pathways.

Our three alumni pathways give young people choice over how they want to be involved:

Ambassadors

Develop communication and public speaking skills and represent young people’s experiences through storytelling and events.

Advisors

Shape programme design, recruitment, insights and decision‑making across AllChild, ensuring our work reflects the lived expertise of young people.

Changemakers

Lead positive change locally through peer mentoring, listening projects and early social action. Our long‑term vision is to create a national network of young leaders rooted in community and connected across places. Their insights help shape our early‑intervention model and strengthen our impact locally and nationally.

Why an Alumni community matters

Our Alumni community strengthens AllChild’s long-term impact by:

• Creating lasting connection: ensuring young people feel supported beyond the life of a programme.

• Growing leadership: empowering young people to shape local systems and influence change.

• Sharing insight: offering real-world perspectives that strengthen place-based work.

• Building opportunity: connecting Alumni to networks across employers, partners and creative organisations.

together, every child and young person can flourish.
