Louisa Mitchell MBE is the chief executive and one of the founding team of AllChild. She led the co-design and launch of AllChild’s community-led system of support and opportunities for children and families in west London in 2015. She has since overseen its successful expansion, reaching thousands of children together with a wide range of charity partners across 60+ schools in four councils in west London and in the Wigan area of Greater Manchester. Louisa was awarded an MBE in the 2024 New Year Honours List in recognition of her services to children and young people.

Jaime has over 25 years of experience working across the Education and Charity sectors improving outcomes for children and young people with a focus on prevention and early intervention. Starting her career as a secondary school teacher in East London, Jaime has worked in Local Authorities supporting children and young people excluded or at risk of exclusion from school. Jaime moved to the charity sector in 2008, managing delivery teams at the NSPCC providing safeguarding work in schools across London and the South-East. Jaime founded the Schools Division at Anna Freud, leading the design and delivery of large-scale, universal preventative mental health and wellbeing programmes for children and young people. These initiatives have spanned educational and community settings and include national DfE and NHSE-funded programmes. In June 2021 Jaime was awarded an MBE for services to education in the Queen’s birthday honours.

Ben joined as interim COO in September 2024 for the current academic year. He leads the teams responsible for communications, finance and compliance, people and culture, facilities and systems. Ben supports the Executive and wider leadership team with organisational development, strategy and business planning. Ben brings legal, financial, commercial and charity leadership experience and a passion for creating opportunities for young people.
